About the exhibition

Where Wet Things Think unfurls across Le Phare like a slow-growing organism. Layered canvases, 3D-modelled reliefs, and hand-sculpted volume paintings pulse with coral-and-fungus logics—branching, fusing, secreting life. Sticky colors and pearlescent shadows hint at thoughts as liquids, always slipping their containers. Guided by neurodivergent pattern-sense, the works invite you to drift through a soft system where emotion beads on the surface and identities trade molecules by osmosis. Come sip wine, brush against living pigment, and feel how thinking can be humid.

On view 21 May – 21 July 2025 at Le Phare, Geneva.

My artistic background

I come from the world of digital arts and conceptual development, here some of my older works and exploration

Ully Galich

Ully is a mixed-media artist who blendes ideas, pigments, code, and tactile material into soft, breathing ecosystems. Originally from Moldova and now rooted between Geneva and the digital everywhere, Ully combines hand-painted scenes with VR-sculpted worlds, and 3D modelled realities, letting colours and algorithms tangle like mycelium beneath a forest floor. Neurodivergent perception drives the practice: patterns surface where logic frays, and each form grows the way coral or fungus does—by quiet accretion. Recent work is focused on organic and biomorphic rhythms, aimed at collectors who prize pieces that feel at once intimate and alien. Curators seeking futures beyond the veil of normalcy will find in Ully’s soft, alien worlds a laboratory of fluid identity, where art does not merely hang—it pulses, seeps, oozes and thinks back.
